In this demonstration using SharePoint Designer Laura illustrates some of the more detailed elements of SharePoint workflow during several stages of her scenario.
She uses an Assign Task workflow and describes the task options that are available and which are the best choices (and why) for her scenario.
The workflow functions used include:
- calculations and variables
- approval
- multiple stages
Unfortunately the sound breaks up at around 6:45 minutes, but the technical problems are resolved at 10:47 so it may be a good idea to skip between these parts.
