Incorporate mobile devices in a secure and natural way into this collaboration eco-system leveraging device unique features (size of screen, camera, offline, UI guidelines). 5. Make users drop email as their primary communication channel voluntarily. 6. Introduce a proven methodology that will guide users, improve quality of information and continuously improve productivity.
