Laura introduces Microsoft flow and compares it to SharePoint designer even though it’s very different!
She explains how Microsoft Flow helps you integrate multiple systems and services (such as databases, sales force & CRM) & build automation’s and integrations between them which allows you to work smarter! This allows you to build flows between systems so something happening in one service can trigger an action in another (her example is when an email is moved to a specific folder then that contact is added to a mail chimp subscriber list)
