Power BI Success Path
A guided Power BI learning path that takes learners from their first practical report through stronger setup habits, applied skill-building, and reliable data model foundations.
Boards and learning pathsWhen a problem touches more than one area of work, a Board pulls the right help from one or more Spaces into a route you can actually follow.

Published Board previews from Spaces. They show the route, not private member content.
Clear answer
It is not another project board. It is a learning path that pulls problems, briefings, courses, Blueprints, and resources from one or more Spaces so you know what to read, use, or do next.
Why it matters
When AI change hits a team, everyone grabs different links, videos, notes, and opinions. Then nobody knows what matters first. A Board puts the route in one place.
A Copilot adoption issue might involve SharePoint, Teams, training, trust, reporting, and process change.
A Board says “start here, then this, then this” so people are not staring at a pile of useful but disconnected content.
How Boards workTeam Boards let a group work through one shared learning path and see who is progressing or stuck.
How Boards workThe working model
Boards are simple on purpose: browse one, save one, or share one with your team.
Start from a ready-made route for a common workplace problem.
Keep the route, add notes, and track your own progress.
Use Team Boards when several people need to move through the same problem together.
What you get
A Board is allowed to cross Space boundaries because real problems often do.
The blocker that explains why this path exists in the first place.
Short explanations that help people understand what is going on.
Paste-ready AI starting points when the route needs a practical build or setup step.

The name can sound familiar, but the job is different. It is not there to manage every task. It is there to give people a learning route.

Common questions
A Collab365 Board can contain items from more than one Space. Whether a person can open each item depends on the access attached to that person or to the specific Board offer; a Board is not safely described as always granting or never granting Space access. The specific offer supplies the applicable access details.
An Official Board is a route published by Collab365; a Team Board is a route managed for members of a team. Those labels identify who curates the route, not the purchase model, access duration or entitlement scope. The current Board offer and account state supply those commercial details.
A Collab365 Board is an ordered route through selected items, which can come from one or more Spaces. It helps a member follow a sequence rather than choose each item independently. The Board label alone does not state what access was purchased, how long it lasts or which protected items a person can open.
