The Academy model - “here's a library of videos, come back when you feel like it” - stopped working properly when AI changed the pace at which skills stay relevant. A course recorded in 2023 about Power Automate is already partially outdated. A course about Copilot from 2024 has been lapped three times.
We had a choice: keep patching something that was falling behind, or rebuild it properly. We rebuilt it.
Collab365 Spaces is not the Academy with a new coat of paint. It's a fundamentally different thing - a living knowledge environment where content updates itself weekly, and where everything sits in one place instead of being split across three different platforms.
You might love it. You might need time to adjust. Either reaction is valid. What I want you to know is: you won't lose what you paid for, your move will be handled with care, and if you have questions - email me directly. Not a support ticket. Me.

The questions you're probably asking
Do I lose access to content I've already paid for?
No. Everything you have access to today will be in your Spaces account. You'll find it in the same topic area, better organised, with new content that didn't exist before.
I'm halfway through a course. Will I lose my progress?
Your courses are inside the relevant Space. You can pick up where you left off. The course structure is the same - the environment around it is better.
Will my price change?
Existing members continue at the pricing they know. You won't pay more to access the same topics. We'll be in touch with specific details for your plan before anything changes.
Do I need to do anything right now?
No. Your current account continues to work normally. When we are ready to welcome you to Spaces, you'll get a personal email from Mark - not a mass-mail - with exactly what to do.
How do I log in to Spaces?
You'll use the same email address you use today. You'll need to set a new password when you first log in to spaces.collab365.com - it takes 30 seconds.
What about the Circle community and discussions?
We're building discussion threads directly into every piece of content in Spaces - so discussions happen where the learning happens, not in a separate app. This is coming in phase 2.
What if I don't want to change?
Email mark@collab365.com with your situation. If the new platform isn't right for you, we'll talk it through. We'd rather have an honest conversation than lose a member who trusted us.
Why didn't you tell me sooner?
We didn't want to announce anything before we knew it was worth your disruption. We needed to build it, test it, and make sure it was genuinely better before asking you to move. That's the honest answer.
