Building Collab365 Go & Stabilizing Legacy

Before advancing, we had to secure the past. We built Collab365 Go to completely replace our third-party URL shorteners and house our legacy academy architecture. We successfully migrated all Power Platformer blogs, legacy Academy workshops, and ebooks into this standalone application. Simultaneously, we began the massive, ongoing task of passing all historical content through our deep research engine for a complete "2026 Refresh".

  • Deployed Collab365 Go resolving legacy dependencies.
  • Migrated thousands of legacy Academy workshops and ebooks.
  • Commenced the autonomous 2026 Deep Research Refresh on all old content.

The Blueprint for Spaces & The Pulse

The core Collab365 Spaces architecture was engineered and finalized. We partially migrated the core tactical courses into six foundational Spaces. Crucially, we successfully deployed "The Pulse" - our autonomous news workflow - which is now live and actively serving role-specific articles to members inside the Spaces.

  • Built and stabilized the Collab365 Spaces front-end architecture.

The First Wave & Platform Retirements

This is when Spaces comes fully alive. Our existing Platinum members will be the first to be exclusively invited inside the UI. We will also migrate the "AI Authority" system into its own dedicated Space. Furthermore, we are completely redoing the Collab365 Daily Digest - reinventing it as a powerful meta-summary of all the Pulse articles firing across the six Microsoft 365 Spaces. Finally, at the end of May, we will permanently turn off WordPress and retire the legacy Circle communities simultaneously.

  • Platinum members exclusively invited to pre-launch access.

The Great Member Migration

All remaining Collab365 Academy legacy members will be securely redirected into the new ecosystem. Their historical purchases and access rights will be preserved and automatically mapped so they can access their tools in the new, lightning-fast architecture without any friction.

Learning Paths & New AI Frontiers

We orchestrate our bite-sized Micro-Courses into structured Learning Paths. We will also aggressively expand our domain mapping, launching new Spaces specifically structured around AI and automation, including "AI for Grads," "AI for Solopreneurs," and four other highly-demanded technical niches.
