Spaces is live. Right now we are building Boards.

Existing Collab365 customers need a dependable route back to what they paid for. Microsoft-focused Spaces remain available because that learning is still useful to many members. Spaces is the product underneath that access.

• Use the existing-member route to understand older purchases and current access.
• Keep Microsoft-focused Courses and Spaces available for members who rely on them.
• Make useful learning easier to resume without asking people to decode Collab365 platform history.

The AI Authority and The 50x Founder are the two Spaces we are developing most actively for people joining Collab365 now. One helps professionals use AI reliably at work. The other helps small founders use AI and automation to build more leverage.

• The AI Authority is for non-technical professionals who want repeatable, trustworthy ways to use AI.
• The 50x Founder is for solo and two-person founders improving validation, marketing, delivery, and operations.
• Blueprints turn a defined problem into work AI can help complete, while Briefings and Courses explain what sits behind it.

Both customer routes use the same Spaces product. A Blueprint is the practical route when AI can help produce a result. Briefings and Courses explain the thinking. A Board is useful when several items belong in one clear order.

• Use a Blueprint when AI can help do or produce the work.
• Use a Briefing or Course when the outcome needs explanation, practice, or deeper understanding.
• Use an Official Board when the answer crosses several Blueprints, Courses, Briefings, or other resources.

A team should not need to design a learning programme before it gets value. Owners can begin with a ready-made Board, give members one shared path, and use progress signals to see where people are moving or stuck.

• The same clarity applies to Microsoft-focused learning and to the AI and automation Spaces.

Members can now discuss posts and ask questions inside the Space itself, rather than in a separate community that had to be visited on purpose. What gets talked about also feeds the research queue.

• Recurring questions become candidates for the next briefing, Course, or Board.
