Spaces roadmap

Spaces is live. One product, two clear routes.

Existing members need a dependable route back to their purchases and Microsoft 365 learning. People joining now can start with The AI Authority or The 50x Founder. Both routes use the same Courses, Boards, progress, and supporting formats inside Spaces.

Roadmap in a nutshell

Two routes. One Spaces product.

Collab365 Spaces

Lead with the value people already understand.

Whether someone is returning to Microsoft 365 learning or joining for practical AI and automation, Spaces works when the right starting point is obvious. Courses remain the clearest primary value. Boards organise a useful route. Blueprints support specific work.

Courses remain the clearest starting value

People already understand a Course. When a problem needs structured learning, that familiar route should be easy to find and start.

Boards create a shorter route

A ready-made Board brings the useful Courses, briefings, and other resources into one path for an individual or a team.

Blueprints are a newer supporting format

A Blueprint is useful when someone needs a prepared starting point for an AI-assisted build or workflow. It supports the main route rather than replacing it.

A roadmap based on the live product.

Spaces is already available. This page separates what people can use today from the improvements we are prioritising and the themes we are only exploring. Dates will appear when work is scoped and underway.

Route one · Available now

Existing member access and Microsoft 365 remain part of Spaces

Now

Existing Collab365 customers need a dependable route back to what they paid for. Microsoft-focused Spaces remain available because that learning is still useful to many members. Spaces is the product underneath that access.

  • Use the existing-member route to understand older purchases and current access.
  • Keep Microsoft-focused Courses and Spaces available for members who rely on them.
  • Make useful learning easier to resume without asking people to decode Collab365 platform history.

Route two · Available now

Two flagship Spaces for practical AI and automation

Now

The AI Authority and The 50x Founder are the two Spaces we are developing most actively for people joining Collab365 now. One helps professionals use AI reliably at work. The other helps small founders use AI and automation to build more leverage.

  • The AI Authority is for non-technical professionals who want repeatable, trustworthy ways to use AI.
  • The 50x Founder is for solo and two-person founders improving validation, marketing, delivery, and operations.
  • Courses give both Spaces a familiar starting point, with Boards, briefings, Pulse updates, and Blueprints around them.

Courses for depth, Boards for a guided route

Now

Both customer routes use the same Spaces product. A Course is the primary route when a topic needs explanation and practice. A Board is useful when several items belong in one clear order.

  • Start a Course when the outcome needs structured lessons and practical depth.
  • Use an Official Board when the answer crosses Courses, briefings, or supporting resources.
  • Keep newer formats close to the problem they solve instead of making members browse every content type.

Ready-made Boards give teams a useful first route

Now

A team should not need to design a learning programme before it gets value. Owners can begin with a ready-made Board, give members one shared path, and use progress signals to see where people are moving or stuck.

  • Choose an existing route that matches the team outcome.
  • Give members the same ordered path instead of the whole library.
  • Use the team view to follow Course and Board progress.

Improving next

Make Start Here point to the strongest first result

Improving next

Every Space needs a decisive first step. Start Here should lead with the best existing item for that audience, most often a Course or a guided Board, and explain the result it helps them reach.

  • Choose the starting item by usefulness, not by whichever format is newest.
  • Tell members why this is the right place to begin and what they will be able to do afterwards.
  • Apply the same clarity to Microsoft-focused learning and the two AI and automation flagships.

Improving next

Make team routes and progress easier to act on

Improving next

The fastest team setup starts from a route that already works. Once an owner has seen how it fits the team, the next improvement is to make that Board easier to adjust and make the progress view clearer.

  • Start with a ready-made Board tied to a clear team outcome.
  • Let owners refine the route after they understand what their team needs.
  • Help owners see who has started, what is moving, and where someone may need support.

Exploring later

Let real member problems set the later roadmap

Exploring later

Later ideas are not delivery promises. We will use what members start, finish, return to, and ask for to decide where existing Microsoft learning and the two AI and automation flagships need more depth.

  • Deepen Courses or guided Boards where a repeated problem needs more support.
  • Use Blueprints when a prepared AI or automation starting point is genuinely the useful answer.
  • Add dates and firm commitments only when the work is scoped and underway.

Start with the best next action, not every format.

Existing members and people joining for the first time should not need to understand every content format. Each Space should start with a clear result, then the Course or guided Board most likely to deliver it.

Courses carry the familiar learning value. Boards organise the route. Briefings, Pulse updates, and Blueprints support the work when they are genuinely useful.

Start Here leads with the strongest item.

That will often be a practical Course. The same rule applies to Microsoft learning and the two AI and automation flagships.

Teams begin with a ready-made Board.

Owners get moving with a proven route first, then tailor it later once they understand what their people need.

Progress should show where help is needed.

The team view should make starts, movement, and sticking points useful to an owner without turning learning into surveillance.
