Spaces roadmap

Spaces is live. Right now we are building Boards.

Start Here, discussions, and search have all shipped. Boards are the focus for the next week or two, with a new Power Apps Board close to release. Existing members still have a dependable route back to their purchases and Microsoft 365 learning.

Lead with the result people need.

Whether someone is returning to Microsoft 365 learning or joining for practical AI and automation, Spaces should make the right starting point obvious. Blueprints help AI do the work. Briefings and Courses explain it. Boards organise a bigger route.

Blueprints help AI do the work

A Blueprint gives AI the steps, checks, and details people often do not know to ask for themselves. It is more than a saved prompt.

Briefings and Courses explain it

A short Briefing fills one knowledge gap. A Course teaches the theory and practice when someone needs deeper understanding.

Boards organise a bigger result

A ready-made Board brings the useful Blueprints, Courses, Briefings, and other resources into one clear route for an individual or team.

A roadmap based on the live product.

Spaces is already available. This page separates what people can use today from the improvements we are prioritising and the themes we are only exploring. Dates will appear when work is scoped and underway.

Route one · Available now

Existing member access and Microsoft 365 remain part of Spaces

Now

Existing Collab365 customers need a dependable route back to what they paid for. Microsoft-focused Spaces remain available because that learning is still useful to many members. Spaces is the product underneath that access.

  • Use the existing-member route to understand older purchases and current access.
  • Keep Microsoft-focused Courses and Spaces available for members who rely on them.
  • Make useful learning easier to resume without asking people to decode Collab365 platform history.

Route two · Available now

Two flagship Spaces for practical AI and automation

Now

The AI Authority and The 50x Founder are the two Spaces we are developing most actively for people joining Collab365 now. One helps professionals use AI reliably at work. The other helps small founders use AI and automation to build more leverage.

  • The AI Authority is for non-technical professionals who want repeatable, trustworthy ways to use AI.
  • The 50x Founder is for solo and two-person founders improving validation, marketing, delivery, and operations.
  • Blueprints turn a defined problem into work AI can help complete, while Briefings and Courses explain what sits behind it.

Shared product · Available now

Blueprints for the work, learning for understanding

Now

Both customer routes use the same Spaces product. A Blueprint is the practical route when AI can help produce a result. Briefings and Courses explain the thinking. A Board is useful when several items belong in one clear order.

  • Use a Blueprint when AI can help do or produce the work.
  • Use a Briefing or Course when the outcome needs explanation, practice, or deeper understanding.
  • Use an Official Board when the answer crosses several Blueprints, Courses, Briefings, or other resources.

Ready-made Boards give teams a useful first route

Now

A team should not need to design a learning programme before it gets value. Owners can begin with a ready-made Board, give members one shared path, and use progress signals to see where people are moving or stuck.

  • Choose an existing route that matches the team outcome.
  • Give members the same ordered path instead of the whole library.
  • Use the team view to follow Course and Board progress.

Start Here gives every Space a decisive first step

Now

Every Space now opens with a clear first move rather than a wall of content. Start Here leads with the item most likely to produce the result, whether that is a Blueprint, Course, Briefing, or guided Board, and says what you will be able to do afterwards.

  • The starting item is chosen by usefulness, not by whichever format is newest.
  • Each Space explains why this is the right place to begin and what result it leads to.
  • The same clarity applies to Microsoft-focused learning and to the AI and automation Spaces.

Discussions put the conversation next to the work

Now

Members can now discuss posts and ask questions inside the Space itself, rather than in a separate community that had to be visited on purpose. What gets talked about also feeds the research queue.

  • Ask a question on the item you are actually working through.
  • Raise a blocker that is missing so it can be researched for everyone.
  • Recurring questions become candidates for the next briefing, Course, or Board.

Search across everything you have access to

Now

You can now search Spaces directly instead of navigating to find something you half remember. It covers the material in the Spaces you hold, so the answer is reachable in a few seconds rather than a few clicks.

  • Search across problems, Blueprints, Briefings, Courses, and Boards in one place.
  • Find the thing you read last month without retracing your steps.
  • Results respect what your plan gives you access to.

Improving next · Current focus

Boards are what we are building right now

Improving next

Boards are the active focus for the next week or two. A new Official Board for Power Apps builders is close to release, and more will follow. The aim is that a member can pick a Board and have a genuinely useful route through a real problem on day one.

  • A new Power Apps Board is finished and releasing shortly.
  • More Official Boards for the problems that keep coming up.
  • Better Board building and tailoring, so owners can adjust a route once they see how their team uses it.

Improving next

Make team progress easier to act on

Improving next

Once a team is following a Board, the owner needs to see what is actually happening without reading a report. The progress view is being sharpened around the decisions an owner has to make.

  • See who has started, what is moving, and where someone may need support.
  • Use average completion to understand direction rather than to score people.
  • Spot the item where everybody stalls, which usually means the problem is harder than assumed.

Exploring later

Let real member problems set the later roadmap

Exploring later

Later ideas are not delivery promises. We will use what members start, finish, return to, and ask for to decide where existing Microsoft learning and the two AI and automation flagships need more depth.

  • Deepen Blueprints, Briefings, Courses, or guided Boards where a repeated problem needs more support.
  • Lead with a Blueprint when AI can meaningfully help do the work, not merely describe it.
  • Add dates and firm commitments only when the work is scoped and underway.

Start with the best next action, not every format.

Existing members and people joining for the first time should not need to understand every content format. Each Space should start with a clear result, then the Blueprint, Briefing, Course, or guided Board most likely to deliver it.

Blueprints carry the practical work. Briefings and Courses fill the understanding gaps. Boards organise the route. Pulse keeps the Space current.

Start Here leads with the strongest item.

That may be a Blueprint when AI can do the work, or a Briefing or Course when understanding needs to come first.

Teams begin with a ready-made Board.

Owners get moving with a proven route first, then tailor it later once they understand what their people need.

Progress should show where help is needed.

The team view should make starts, movement, and sticking points useful to an owner without turning learning into surveillance.
