The questions people ask first.

What is Collab365 Spaces?

Collab365 Spaces is a subscription product that organises help around the problems AI and automation create in a particular role. Each Space watches one kind of work, names the blockers people hit, researches an answer, and publishes it as a Briefing, Course, Blueprint, or Board.

Is Collab365 Spaces just another course library?

Collab365 Spaces is not a course library, because it starts with the problem rather than the catalogue. Each Space names the blockers people actually hit in a role, then publishes whatever answers them best. Sometimes that is a Course. Often it is a short Briefing, a checklist, a Blueprint, or a Board.

Is Collab365 only for Microsoft 365 users?

Collab365 is not only for Microsoft 365 users. It has deep Microsoft 365 roots and still covers that ground unusually well, but the subject is roles being changed by AI and automation, whichever tools they use. Several Spaces cover work where Microsoft is only part of the picture, or none of it.

Why pay for Collab365 Spaces when ChatGPT is free?

Collab365 Spaces sells the part that happens before the prompt: knowing which problems in your role are worth solving, what the evidence actually says, and what good looks like. A general assistant answers whatever you ask. Spaces tells you what is worth asking, then hands you researched, human-checked material to act on.

What is a Blueprint?

A Blueprint is a paste-ready starting packet for an AI tool. It hands the AI the problem, the context, the rules, the screens, the data, the checks, and the next steps, so the tool begins with the problem already understood instead of guessing at it.

What is the Problems-First Method?

The Problems-First Method is Collab365’s rule that nothing gets built until a real blocker has been named and evidenced. The problem comes first, the research comes second, and the format, whether Briefing, Course, Blueprint, or Board, is chosen last to fit what the problem needs.

Does AI write all the Collab365 content?

Collab365 content is AI-assisted and human-approved, never machine-published. AI does the research legwork and drafting, openly and every day, because that is the only way to keep pace with the change being covered. People choose the problems, check every claim against sources, and decide what is good enough to publish. Nothing reaches members unreviewed.

How much does Collab365 Spaces cost?

Collab365 Spaces is sold as a subscription, priced by how many Spaces you unlock. The plans are Starter, Pro, All-Access, and Team, with Team sold per seat. Current prices are published live on the Spaces pricing page, because they change and a number repeated here would eventually be wrong.

What is your refund policy?

For a standalone purchase, Collab365 accepts refund requests within 30 days from the purchase date, which deliberately extends the 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time, but fees already paid for a partly used period are not refunded.

How these answers are kept honest

Every answer names the source it came from and the date it was last checked against that source. Prices and limits are never written into the text, because they change. Where an answer has a common wrong version, the wrong version is corrected in the open.
