Questions that unblock a decision.
How do I sign up for Collab365 Spaces?
New Collab365 members create an account on Spaces, verify their email and can start the current no-card trial without choosing a paid plan first. The trial begins when the first Space is opened. Returning buyers recover earlier access by verifying the purchase email and using the account tools before buying again.
What can Collab365 access when I sign in with Microsoft?
Collab365’s currently observed Microsoft sign-in request asks for identity and sign-in continuity permissions: openid, profile, email, User.Read and offline_access. It does not request mail, files, SharePoint, Teams, calendar or tenant-wide directory permissions. Any separate integration requires its own authorisation rather than inheriting access from sign-in.
Is Collab365 a legitimate company?
Collab365 Limited is an active UK private company, number 13486916, with a registered office in Telford and public Terms, Privacy and contact pages. Those checks establish the operating entity and a contact route; they do not by themselves prove product quality, security controls, support levels or suitability for a buyer’s requirements.
Are courses still part of Collab365?
Courses are still part of Collab365, and they still matter when a problem needs real depth. What changed is that a Course is no longer assumed to be the answer. The problem is researched first, then the format is chosen to fit it.
Is a Blueprint just a prompt?
A prompt asks AI to do something. A Blueprint carries the thinking for a real result: the problem, the missing pieces, the decisions, the checks, and what happens next. That is why it is more than clever wording saved in a list.
Can a Blueprint build a full app?
Some can start a real app or automation when used with an AI builder. The important word is start. You still review what it produces, test it, and make the decisions, because a Blueprint carries the thinking rather than accountability for the result.
What is the Collab365 Knowledge Library?
The Knowledge Library is the public index of the work Collab365 has done, organised by role and then by problem family. It shows which blockers have been researched and what was published for each, and it links into the Spaces where that material lives.
Do the side projects distract from building Spaces?
Collab365 uses its side projects as practical experiments, not as evidence that they can never distract from Spaces. Each project tests a stated constraint or verification method, and its public page shows what has been built or documented so far and the lesson Collab365 intends to carry into its other work.
Do the experiments cost anything, and do I need a Spaces account?
They are free and open, and none of them require a Collab365 account. Futureproof asks for no signup and publishes its data openly, the garden record is public, and the forecasts are readable by anyone. They exist to show the working, not to collect email addresses.
How these answers are kept honest
Every published answer names its publisher, includes public references and carries a checked date. These answers are publisher-asserted; independent review is not recorded. Numeric prices are kept out of answer prose because they change, so the current offer page remains the source for price. When a common misunderstanding matters, the answer corrects it in the open.
