The problem

My stakeholders asked for a dashboard, got one, and still live in their Excel exports

Power BI dashboards are bypassed when they lack detail rows, familiar layouts, or traceable steps. Usage metrics and export behaviour reveal the mismatch between what was requested and how users actually work with numbers.

This is a workplace problem tracked in Microsoft 365 Report Builders. Below is the solution path currently available for it.
