Nobody owns our Copilot prompt library after launch

Teams collect Copilot prompts during rollout, but the library decays when nobody owns testing, version notes, examples, review dates, and retirement rules. People stop trusting the library and return to private prompt tinkering.

This is a workplace problem tracked in Microsoft Copilot Adopters. Below is the solution path currently available for it.
