Our Copilot rollout stalled and we need an adoption plan we can afford

Copilot licences purchased but usage flat after kickoff webinar and prompt PDF. Funded workshops require 150 licences and consultants charge 10,000 USD. Adoption leads lack a structured, affordable programme to restart adoption themselves.
