I can’t explain how my Power App saves an important record without reopening the AI chat

A canvas app Save can look successful while the maker still cannot trace screen, command, form or Patch, data source, stable key and read-back without the original AI chat. That gap blocks handover, support and safe next changes.

This is a workplace problem tracked in Power Apps Builders. Below is the solution path currently available for it.
