The problem

My approval updates in the app, but the flow is still waiting somewhere else

Power Apps and Power Automate approvals update separate records. Without a shared request ID and dedicated approval history table, the app can show approved while the flow remains pending.

This is a workplace problem tracked in Power Apps Builders. Below is the solution path currently available for it.
