A Learning Board brings courses and resources together in a suggested order for a particular project. It can draw on more than one Space.
In the Inbox Zero Board, you learn to build your own inbox assistant in your own email and AI accounts. A course guides the connection, a Blueprint helps you set your filing rules, and a final check helps you review the daily routine.
And what is a Blueprint?
Researched instructions for a task: the steps, decisions and checks. Use it with a suitable AI tool, adapt it to your situation and review the result.
You can take courses on their own and explore a Board or Blueprint when it fits what you want to do.

Your accounts. Your rules. Collab365 and Spaces teach you the setup; they do not receive or access your emails through it. Your chosen AI provider may process email data, so use tools and permissions appropriate for your personal or work account.

A few useful answers.
Do I need to know how to use AI already?
You can start from different levels. Some courses introduce a subject; others build on existing skills. Check the course outline and level before you choose. You can also learn subjects such as Power BI or SharePoint without starting with AI.
Why use Spaces if I already have ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can help with questions, ideas and explanations. Spaces gives you a planned course to follow, practical examples, researched resources and a place to discuss what you’re learning. You can use your AI alongside it. The trial lets you judge whether that structure helps you.
Does Spaces include the software or an AI account?
Your Collab365 access covers the included learning and resources. Any paid software or AI account is separate. Check the tools and permissions listed in the course or Blueprint before starting. If a project uses your email or files, you manage that connection in the relevant tool.
What can I do in the free trial?
Explore courses and resources in up to two Spaces for seven days, with no credit card required. Create your account, verify your email and choose your first Space to start the trial.
You can read discussions in your chosen Spaces. Posting or commenting in a paid Space needs paid access to that Space.
What happens after the seven days?
You choose whether to pay. There is no automatic charge.
- One subject: buy lifetime access to an eligible Space and its included courses and resources.
- One project: buy a Board Learning Pass for the supporting Spaces and access period shown on its offer.
- More subjects: subscribe to All-Access for its included Spaces and Official Boards.

Can we learn together as a team?
Yes. The Team plan lets you invite colleagues, create your own Team Boards and review progress. You can organise courses and resources around the skills your team needs. Team management and reporting are separate from the individual free trial. Explore learning for teams.
