How do I log in to Collab365 Spaces?

Collab365 Spaces uses its public sign-in page for returning members. First-time visitors may need to create a Spaces account. If you previously bought from Collab365, the public migration guide tells you to use the purchase email so the account can be matched to existing access; use the contact page if the result looks wrong.

I was a member of the old Collab365 Academy. What do I need to do?

Former Collab365 Academy members should start with the public existing-member guide, then create or sign in to Spaces using the email associated with the purchase. The guide describes Academy access moving into role-based Spaces. The access shown by the current account is authoritative; use the public contact page if it does not match your purchase.

Do my old AIAuthoritySystem.com logins still work?

AIAuthoritySystem.com has moved to Collab365 Spaces, so its old login is not the current sign-in route. The public AI Authority page tells previous buyers to create or use a Spaces account with the purchase email. If access does not match after sign-in, use Collab365’s public contact page rather than creating another purchase.

My purchase or access has not appeared. What do I do?

A missing Collab365 purchase is first checked through the signed-in Spaces account by verifying the email used for the purchase and running Check previous purchases. A record that needs manual review, is already linked elsewhere or still does not appear can then be raised with Collab365 using both account email addresses.

I am halfway through a course. Will I lose my progress?

Old course progress is not guaranteed to appear exactly as it did on the former platform. The public migration guide tells existing customers to create or sign in with the purchase email and report anything that looks wrong. Check the course in the matched Spaces account before relying on old completion markers.

What happened to the old Collab365 community?

The old Collab365 community is no longer a separate forum destination; current discussion and problem-submission features sit inside eligible Spaces. What a member can post depends on current access. This FAQ does not imply that every old thread was migrated or that every submitted problem will become published work.

I am an existing member. Do I need to do anything right now?

Existing Collab365 members can avoid duplicate purchases by checking their Spaces account first. An earlier purchase made with another address can be recovered by adding and verifying that email, then running the previous-purchase and old-progress checks. The result determines whether access was restored or needs support review.

Can I have more than one account, or share mine?

A Collab365 account can hold several verified email addresses for one named user, but its credentials should not be shared with other people. This answer does not rely on unverified usage-monitoring claims. When several people need access, Team All-Access is available through self-service per-seat checkout, giving each person a separate seat and account.

How do I sign up for Collab365 Spaces?

New Collab365 members create an account on Spaces, verify their email and can start the current no-card trial without choosing a paid plan first. The trial begins when the first Space is opened. Returning buyers recover earlier access by verifying the purchase email and using the account tools before buying again.

What can Collab365 access when I sign in with Microsoft?

Collab365’s currently observed Microsoft sign-in request asks for identity and sign-in continuity permissions: openid, profile, email, User.Read and offline_access. It does not request mail, files, SharePoint, Teams, calendar or tenant-wide directory permissions. Any separate integration requires its own authorisation rather than inheriting access from sign-in.
