Signing in, and what happened to older Collab365 purchases

Logging in, the move from the old Academy and AI Authority sites, and what to do if access is missing.

How do I log in to Collab365 Spaces?

Go to spaces.collab365.com and sign in with the email address you bought with. If this is your first visit to Spaces you may need to create the account first, so that any earlier Collab365 purchases can be attached to it.

The email address matters more than anything else here. Access is matched against purchase records by email.

If you no longer use the address you bought with, say so when you email hello@collab365.com and it can be verified another way.

I was a member of the old Collab365 Academy. What do I need to do?

Create or sign in to Spaces using the same email address you used to buy from Collab365. That is the one action that matters, because it gives us the best chance of matching your existing access to the right account. Old site logins do not carry across.

Verified paid access is mapped into the Space that matches the topic, or into an equivalent format where that is a better fit.

Nothing you paid for is being withdrawn. If something does not appear after signing in, email hello@collab365.com.

Do my old AIAuthoritySystem.com logins still work?

No, and you do not need them. The AI Authority System moved into Collab365 Spaces, and AIAuthoritySystem.com now redirects here permanently. What matters is the email address you purchased with. Create a Spaces account with that address and the purchase attached to it can be matched.

The programme was a standalone product on its own site. Keeping a separate site current was the wrong way to serve it, so it now sits in The AI Authority Space with newer AI material published beside it.

Lifetime access to the original programme carries over.

I bought the AI Authority System. What happened to my purchase?

Nothing about your purchase was removed. If you bought the AI Authority System, your lifetime access carries over to The AI Authority Space, with the original programme intact and newer AI briefings and workflow material sitting beside it. Sign in with the email you purchased with.

You are not asked to buy it again, and you are not moved onto a subscription to keep what you already own.

My purchase or access has not appeared. What do I do?

Email hello@collab365.com and your purchase records will be checked properly by a person. Include the email address you originally bought with, because that is how access is matched. If you no longer have that address, say so and it can be verified another way.

This is treated as a fault to fix rather than a claim to assess. You are not asked to produce a receipt from four years ago.

I am halfway through a course. Will I lose my progress?

Your access to the course is not thrown away. Some old progress markers may not carry across exactly, which is an honest limit of the migration. The course itself still matters, and now sits beside briefings, Blueprints, and practical help for the same problem area.

If a missing completion record matters to you, for example because you need it for evidence at work, email hello@collab365.com and it will be looked at.

What happened to the old Collab365 community?

The community side moved into Spaces. You can discuss posts, ask questions inside a Space, and send the problems you want researched. Conversation now sits next to the material it is about, rather than in a separate place that had to be visited on purpose.

Discussions are also one of the main sources of new problems, so what gets talked about genuinely influences what gets built.

I am an existing member. Do I need to do anything right now?

Only one thing is needed right now: create or sign in to Spaces with the same email address you used to buy from Collab365. That gives the best chance of matching your old access to the right account. Everything else can wait until you are ready to look around.

You are not required to choose a plan, pick Spaces, or make a decision at the moment you sign in.

Can I have more than one account, or share mine?

A Collab365 account is for one person, and that is enforced. Sharing credentials, granting access to others, or taking part in group buys can lead to suspension or termination without a refund, and usage patterns are monitored. Where several people need access, the Team plan, arranged directly with Collab365, is the route.

Stated bluntly because it is in the terms and people do ask. It is not a trap, and the Team plan exists precisely so the honest route is also the easy one.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Email hello@collab365.com asking for your account to be deleted and it will be actioned by a person rather than a form. Some records are kept where the law requires it, such as transaction records for accounting, and the privacy policy sets out what is retained and for how long.

Deleting your account ends access to anything you hold, including purchases, so it is worth being sure before asking.

How do I sign up for Collab365 Spaces?

Signing up happens at spaces.collab365.com: create an account with your email address, pick the plan and the Spaces that match your work, and you are in straight away. If you have bought from Collab365 before, use the email you purchased with, so your earlier access can be attached automatically.

Not sure which Space fits? The find-your-space page shows every current Space and the role it covers, and choosing wrong is fixable rather than fatal.
