Collab365 Spaces is available through individual subscriptions and, for some Spaces, one-off lifetime purchases. Team All-Access is available through self-service per-seat checkout. Current offers and prices are shown on the live Spaces pricing page. The right route depends on whether you want several Spaces, team access or permanent access to one eligible Space.
Subscriptions and Team access are recurring purchases. Some eligible Spaces also have a one-off lifetime purchase route. The live pricing or offer card is the source for what is available now and what each route includes.
Expected outcome: Opens the live Collab365 Spaces offer page. Authentication is not required.

What does each plan include?
This answer is currently under review. Its previous public fragment is retained so existing links and citations still resolve, but Collab365 is not publishing an answer until the relevant references and approval are current.
Collab365 Spaces has no permanent free membership plan, but public material can be read through Pulse and the Knowledge Library. New eligible accounts can use a free 7-day trial covering up to two Spaces. Continued member access is paid through a current subscription, Team seat, one-off Space purchase or another offer shown at checkout.
The public Library lets you inspect real published work before buying. The live pricing and offer pages define which paid access routes are currently available.
Expected outcome: Opens the public “Read Pulse first” page. Authentication is not required.

Is there a free trial?
Collab365 offers new members a free 7-day trial covering up to two Spaces, with no payment card required. The current sign-up page is the source for eligibility and current trial terms. You can also browse the public Work Library before signing up to see which problems Collab365 covers.
The current offer is a free 7-day trial covering up to two Spaces. The clock starts when you open your first Space. Email verification is required, and the trial is available once per eligible person.
Inside your chosen Spaces, you can use the Blueprints, Briefings, Courses, Problems and Pulse content, and you can read discussions, comments and member ideas. Community contribution is a paid-membership feature, so trial members cannot start discussions, comment, reply or submit member ideas.
No payment card is taken and the trial does not turn into a charge. When it ends, trial-supplied access to protected Space content stops until you buy the relevant access, choose a plan or receive Team access.
Expected outcome: Opens the no-card Collab365 Spaces trial sign-up page. Authentication is not required.

Can I cancel at any time?
Current Collab365 individual subscriptions are advertised as cancellable at any time. The live pricing page directs cancellation through Billing, and the published Terms describe cancellation of recurring subscriptions. Use the confirmation shown by Billing for the resulting subscription state. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate questions; do not assume one proves the other.
Sign in and open Billing to manage the current subscription. The live pricing page says cancellation is available from that route, while the Terms govern the recurring agreement.
If Billing does not show the subscription or confirm the change, use the public contact page rather than assuming cancellation succeeded. Refund eligibility remains a separate issue.
Expected outcome: Opens the signed-in member billing area. Authentication is required.

What are my statutory rights when buying digital content?

Whether a Collab365 subscription price changes depends on the plan and billing record attached to the member’s account. The signed-in Billing record, not the public pricing page, is the relevant source for an existing member. A displayed plan, renewal or purchase history that looks wrong requires support review.
The public pricing page describes offers available now. A signed-in member should use Billing for the subscription actually attached to the account.
This answer does not promise a fixed price or quote a notice period while those contractual terms await approval.
Expected outcome: Opens the signed-in member billing area. Authentication is required.

I have a lifetime or Platinum plan. What happens to it?
This answer is currently under review. Its previous public fragment is retained so existing links and citations still resolve, but Collab365 is not publishing an answer until the relevant references and approval are current.
Do I lose access to content I have already paid for?
Collab365 checks previous purchases against verified email addresses and the resolved entitlement recorded for the account. It does not make one blanket promise about every historic product, content format or progress marker. The recovery sequence verifies the purchase email, then checks previous purchases and old progress from the signed-in account.
In Spaces Account, add and verify any older purchase email before selecting Check previous purchases. The recovery result distinguishes restored access, no matching record, a record linked elsewhere and cases needing manual review.
Old course progress has a separate check. It can restore eligible records without changing courses already started in Spaces, but it can also report missing access or a paused import.
Expected outcome: Opens the legacy purchase and account-recovery guidance. Authentication is not required.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my subscription?
This answer is currently under review. Its previous public fragment is retained so existing links and citations still resolve, but Collab365 is not publishing an answer until the relevant references and approval are current.
What a Collab365 buyer receives depends on the selected subscription, Team plan, one-off Space purchase or Board offer. The live pricing or offer card defines the included Spaces, duration and product features. No access route should be assumed to include every content type, community action, Board capability or AI-tool connection.
The current plans and prices live on the pricing page. A separate Board or Space offer can define a different scope or duration, so read the offer shown at the point of purchase.
This answer deliberately does not repeat a feature matrix. The live card and checkout must agree before you pay.
