A Problem is a named blocker that people in a role keep hitting, written up with evidence that it is real. It is the unit everything else hangs off: a Problem is what gets researched, and the briefing, course, Blueprint, or Board is the answer to it.
Problems come from members reporting them, from discussions inside a Space, and from research into what is changing in that role.
A Problem that nobody can show evidence for does not get built on. That rule is what stops the library filling up with content nobody needed.

What is a Briefing?
A Briefing is a short, researched answer to one problem. It explains what is going on, what the options are, what to watch out for, and what to do next, in a form you can read in a sitting rather than a format that assumes you have an afternoon spare.
Briefings are the most common answer to a problem, because most problems do not need a course. They need a straight explanation from somebody who has checked the sources.
When a briefing turns out not to be enough, that is a signal the problem deserves a course or a Blueprint instead.

What is a Course in Collab365 Spaces?
A Course in Collab365 Spaces is a structured set of lessons built for one problem that genuinely needs depth. It exists because the research said the problem was too big for a briefing, not because a course was the format somebody happened to produce that month.
Courses are practical and build towards something you can show at the end, rather than finishing with a quiz.
They sit beside the briefings, Blueprints, and Pulse updates for the same problem area, so you can go deep where it matters and stay shallow where it does not.

Are courses still part of Collab365?
Courses are still part of Collab365, and they still matter when a problem needs real depth. What changed is that a Course is no longer assumed to be the answer. The problem is researched first, then the format is chosen to fit it.
The public course-library alternative describes courses as one possible answer rather than the whole product.
When a blocker needs a proper route, practice, and examples, it can become a focused Course. A shorter Briefing, Board, or Blueprint may fit a different problem better.

What is a Blueprint?
A Blueprint is a ready-to-use plan for a real problem. It gives AI the steps, missing pieces, decisions, checks, and next moves, so it can begin useful work instead of guessing what you meant.
You use it with the AI tool you already have, then work with the AI from there. It saves you from having to discover and explain every important question before useful work can begin.
Some Blueprints are aimed at builders. Others help you plan, configure, check, or explain something without starting from a blank page.

Is a Blueprint just a prompt?
A prompt asks AI to do something. A Blueprint carries the thinking for a real result: the problem, the missing pieces, the decisions, the checks, and what happens next. That is why it is more than clever wording saved in a list.
Prompt packs sell the wording. Blueprints supply the worked-out job, which is the part that decides whether the output is useful.
They are written from the same research that produced the Briefing or Course for that problem, so the important limits and checks are tied to real work rather than invented.

Can a Blueprint build a full app?
Some can start a real app or automation when used with an AI builder. The important word is start. You still review what it produces, test it, and make the decisions, because a Blueprint carries the thinking rather than accountability for the result.
The public Blueprint guide says some Blueprints give an AI builder enough detail to begin an app, automation, dashboard, workflow, or Microsoft 365 setup.
The same guide tells the user to review, build, and test the result. A starting packet is not evidence that a complete production system has been delivered or approved.

What is a Board?
A Collab365 Board is an ordered route through selected items, which can come from one or more Spaces. It helps a member follow a sequence rather than choose each item independently. The Board label alone does not state what access was purchased, how long it lasts or which protected items a person can open.
A Board can mix formats such as Briefings, Courses, Blueprints and checklists. Its purpose is sequencing, while access is governed by the member account and any terms attached to the specific Board offer.
Read the current offer before treating a Board as a subscription, lifetime purchase or fixed-duration pass.

What is an Official Board?
An Official Board is a route published by Collab365; a Team Board is a route managed for members of a team. Those labels identify who curates the route, not the purchase model, access duration or entitlement scope. The current Board offer and account state supply those commercial details.
An Official Board can provide a ready-made sequence. A Team Board can organise a route for a particular team.
Neither name is a promise that every linked item opens for every person, and neither should be used to infer whether access is recurring, permanent or time-limited.

Can a Board include content from more than one Space?
A Collab365 Board can contain items from more than one Space. Whether a person can open each item depends on the access attached to that person or to the specific Board offer; a Board is not safely described as always granting or never granting Space access. The specific offer supplies the applicable access details.
The Board is the sequence. The member account and the terms resolved for the specific offer determine which protected items can be opened and for how long.

What is Pulse?
Pulse is Collab365’s short news format: something changed, here is why it matters for your work, and here is what to watch or do next. It filters for changes that can actually alter how a job is done, rather than repeating every release note.
Release notes tell you what shipped. Pulse tells you whether it should change anything you are doing.
Each issue is meant to be useful in about five minutes. Where a signal exposes a bigger problem, it points at the Space that covers it properly.

How often does Pulse publish?
Pulse publishes Monday to Friday, and each issue is written to be useful in about five minutes. You do not need to be a paying member to read it. Where an item exposes a deeper problem, it links to the Space that covers it.
The public Pulse page describes a free weekday briefing designed to be read in about five minutes.
Pulse provides a current signal and practical next step. When a change exposes a deeper blocker, the page points readers towards the relevant Space.

What is the Collab365 Knowledge Library?
The Knowledge Library is the public index of the work Collab365 has done, organised by role and then by problem family. It shows which blockers have been researched and what was published for each, and it links into the Spaces where that material lives.
Some items are open to everyone and some are for members, and the library marks which is which before you click.
It is the fastest way to see whether your problem has already been covered before you decide anything.

Can I share Collab365 content with a colleague?
Public Collab365 pages can be shared as links. Member-only material and account credentials should not be passed to another person; each member needs valid access. For teams, Team All-Access is available through self-service per-seat checkout. Permission to copy, adapt or republish Collab365 material is a separate licensing question.
Publicly visible items can be linked to anybody. A link to member material still requires the recipient to have valid access.
Using Collab365 material inside training, client work or another product is a separate licensing question and must not be inferred from an individual or Team seat.
