Can I buy Collab365 Spaces for my team?

Collab365 Spaces can currently be bought for a team: Team All-Access is available through self-service per-seat checkout. The billing owner chooses the required seats through the Team pricing page; active members receive the public Spaces included in that offer, while the owner can use Team Reports. Procurement requirements can be reviewed before checkout.

After checkout, the billing owner invites people by email from the Team area. Pending invitations reserve seats, and accepted members receive the access supplied by the current Team plan.

Use the live Team pricing page for the current offer. This FAQ deliberately does not copy a price or seat threshold that can change.

How do my team members join?

Collab365 Team members join through an email invitation sent from Team → Members after purchase. Only the invited email address can accept it, and an invitation waiting to be accepted reserves a seat. The invitation supplies Team access; a Team Board is a separate, optional route through selected material.

The billing owner can review active members and pending invitations, revoke an unused invitation, and send a fresh one when needed.

After access works, point members to an included Space or Team Board so they know where you want them to begin. A Board does not guarantee adoption or replace the team's own communication and support.

What do I see as the team owner?

Collab365 Team Reports show the billing owner product activity such as member, course, participation and Team Board progress. Named reports are currently limited to that billing owner. The records describe activity inside Collab365; they do not prove workplace performance or explain why a particular person has or has not progressed.

A Team Board report can show who has started, each member's position and completion through that Board. The overall Team Reports area gives a wider view across members, courses and participation.

Use these records as prompts for a conversation or to inspect the route. Do not treat completion as evidence that behaviour or performance at work changed.

Is this an old-style training rollout?

Collab365 Spaces can be introduced without treating it as a traditional training programme. A manager can begin with one current blocker, choose relevant items, share one Team Board and review progress. The amount of setup still depends on the team, the chosen material and any internal approval, communication or support it needs.

A Board can reduce the need to design a separate curriculum inside Collab365, but it does not guarantee that people will begin, finish or change how they work.

Start with one defined route, test access with one member, and agree when the team will review it before adding more material.

Why not just give everyone access to everything?

A Team Board is optional curation, not an access restriction; Team All-Access is available through self-service per-seat checkout. The live pricing page defines which public Spaces active members receive. A Board gives a group one ordered route through selected material while other material covered by its current Team access remains available.

A Team Board lets the owner choose a starting point, order the relevant items and explain what members should do with them.

That can make the intended route clearer, but it does not prove that a Board will change behaviour or produce a particular business outcome.

Should everyone on the team choose the same Spaces?

Members do not choose separate Space allowances under the current offer: Team All-Access is available through self-service per-seat checkout. Active members receive its included public Spaces, while Team Boards can create different role-specific routes across them. This answer does not claim that every private Space or separately sold item is included.

Mixed teams can share the same underlying access without being asked to follow the same material. Build a common Board where work overlaps, and separate Boards where roles need different routes.

Does this replace Planner, Jira, Asana, or Monday?

Collab365 Spaces is not project management software. A Team Board arranges selected Collab365 material and records progress through that route; Planner, Jira, Asana or Monday can continue to hold tasks, owners and delivery dates. Whether the two appear in one operating workflow is a choice for the team.

A Team Board report describes activity and completion inside the shared Collab365 route. It does not report whether a project task was delivered, approved or successful.

To be clear:

Collab365 Spaces is not project management software.

Can team members raise their own problems?

The current Team plan includes the product capability labelled “Create problem & product ideas.” A submission records a blocker or idea in Collab365; it does not promise private handling, research, publication or delivery. Members should not include confidential information unless its current visibility and data-handling route have been confirmed.

A raised item is evidence that somebody submitted it, not proof that the wider team shares the same problem or that Collab365 will build or research a solution.

Before using this with sensitive workplace material, confirm who can see the submission and what information is appropriate to add.

What happens when someone leaves the team?

A Team owner or admin can remove an active member, which ends Team-supplied access and frees the reserved seat; it does not delete the person’s account or separately purchased access. The public guide does not promise that every contribution, discussion or file remains with the team, so check retention and ownership separately.

Pending invitations also reserve seats and can be revoked when they are no longer needed.

If ownership, history or records matter during a restructure, ask Collab365 before removal. The current public documentation does not define retention or transfer for every kind of contribution.

Can you complete a security questionnaire or sign our supplier paperwork?

This answer is currently under review. Its previous public fragment is retained so existing links and citations still resolve, but Collab365 is not publishing an answer until the relevant references and approval are current.

What support commitments can a team agree with Collab365?

Collab365 publishes its current Terms and a general contact route, but it does not currently publish a team service-level agreement covering response times, escalation, recovery or business continuity. A team with minimum supplier requirements should have them explicitly confirmed and agreed before purchase.

Collab365 is led by husband-and-wife team Mark and Helen Jones. The contact page provides the current general enquiry route.

Founder identity and a contact route are not a service-level agreement. Review any required response time, escalation, recovery or business-continuity term before purchase and obtain an explicit agreement where necessary.
